Chinese Laundry Restaurant

the staff is a little weird, but the food is very fresh and the prices and potions are decent. Best to order off the menu and skip the smorg!

Food was over cooked and oily We had the buffet. The Chinese Laundry in Peachland was great but is closed now.

2010-06-23 Despite Zaatar's review we tried this place out as the other two choices were closed. First off, they were very accomodating. It was 850 PM and scheduled to close at 900. We politely asked if it was too late to dine in and we were graciously informed it was not. The dining room was very clean and Susanne our waitress was extremely polite, courteous and attentive yes, we were the only patrons in the restaurant but that sometimes does not guarantee good service! The food was great, very fresh and tasty. We were in and out in 30 minutes the price was very good value and we would not hesitate to recommend this place or to dine there again.

save your money and health. this place is the worst. the dining room is filthy. the food is awful, and the furthest thing from being fresh. our waitress told us she worked there for 6 years, yet she didn't know what went in the Wor Won Ton or Hot and Sour soup. to top it all off, she went to the washroom in the room right next to our table - we heard and saw her go in. heard her do her thing. but never heard the tap come on to wash her hands. she quickly exited to come straight to our table. gross. we got the cheque right away, and will never, ever go back. thoroughly disgusted.

Very Very Poor, swore at by the delivery person, cold food, just plain bad. Never Ever again
