Fine European Farm-to-Table Cuisine Bogner’s of Penticton, located in an historic Tudor-style house, is steeped in a rich and glorious heritage. Built in 1915 as the family residence of Dr Herb McGregor, one of Penticton’s first doctors, the elegant home was converted to a restaurant by Chef Hans Strobel in 1977. In 2006 the restaurant changed hands to the current operator and celebrated Chef Darin Paterson. Recently the restaurant underwent extensive renovation. The outside flower gardens were greatly expanded and herbs and vegetables were planted to provide fresh produce on-site and the building’s interior décor was modernized to enhance the regal dining ambience. Bogner's operates its own farm on the Naramata Bench and is self-sufficient with fresh local organic produce for a good part of the year.
