Love the pizza! The owner got us onto thin crust and we add tomatoes at the end to add more veggies. It's healthy and tastes wonderful. Servive has always been fast and friendly. It doesn't get any better than this. Enjoy! JP

Poor service! Management does not care at all about their customers! Am I wrong! Try contacting them if you had a bad experience...no reply back! Murrays sucks! Go somewhere else! Trust me!

Where do I Begin? First of all I would like to make a disclosure, I own a pizzeria myself in Victoria BC. I am here in penticton and staying in a hotel. I decided to order pizza tonight, there is no way that I would order from any of the main chains like pizza hut or domino's because I know that all there pizza dough and ingredients are all over processed. I decided to order from local pizzeria and Murray's was my choice due to some favorable reviews on here. I ordered two medium pizza's one pepperoni mushroom green pepper and the other a popeye, I also ordered a salad for my wife. The pizza was delivered promptly and the pizza was hot. I gave the driver a five dollar tip, while I was at the door giving the tip to him my wife noticed there was no fork for the salad or any napkins. I ask the driver for the fork and he said he didn't have any on him. He never offered to get me one or anything, I just gave this guy a five dollar tip and he can't even tell me he will be right back with plastic utensils? Not a good start for murray's pizza so far and it doesn't get any better from here. The poppeye pizza was not made correctly, first of all I know cheese is very expensive but when you make a poppeye you have to use alot of cheese to cover the spinach or else you end up eating burnt spinach, this is pizza 101 when making pizza with spinach you must cover up all of it with the cheese. Murray you messed up and honestly it was not even edible,charge a little more for the cheese if you have to, but please make it right. The pepperoni, mushroom and green pepper was better but then again it cant get any worse from the spinach fiasco. The crust on the pizza was actually good but the dough itself was a little soggy but overall the pepperoni pizza was good. The salad was also very good but I had to get forks from the main desk which was inconvenient. Murray, next time you receive and order from a hotel may I suggest you have you're delivery driver bring napkins and utensils, you're customer's will appreciated it. On my next visit I will try another local pizzeria because I don't feel that I got my money's worth and the service could of been better from you're driver. Quick note the girl who answered the phone was very nice and courteous.

Murrays is and always has been excellent!! Service and food far beyond any other pizza place especially in the South Okangan. They havent been voted #1 for nothing!! Keep up the good work Murray's..... We love your food )

Murray's pizza has the worst service I have ever experienced with Pizza places. I have had pretty bad service at pizza places in the past but Murray's has taken the cake. I ordered a pizza that ended up being 1.5 hours late (and yes whoever wrote the suck up review I can afford any pizza) and the driver gave us a 2 med pizza credit. When I called 2 days later to give them a second chance Josh one of the so called owners told me that they do everything by paper (can't afford a computer) and they have never heard of me. Very frustrating as I thought the pizza was okay and thought anybody can make a mistake the 1st time. In the end Josh hung up on me, as I guess making your customers happy was not his first priority. I will never eat at this pizza shop ever again as I was shocked that a pizza place with food cost running probably around 40% max could not justify giving a credit of 2 med pizza's that was promised which would have ended up costing them approx $12. Wow! To lose a potential long term customer over that amount of money is beyond me. If you want a lesson in bussiness you should come and see me, maybe I can teach you a thing or two, I will only charge you two medium pizzas's.

Horrible service. Our pizza was 1.5 hours late and drivers gave us credit called 2 days later and never heard of us. Josh (one of the owners) informed us that they didn't keep record of this. Horrible service recovery. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Murray's pizza is extremely good and so not
expensive ..cheap asses.. must be poor if you
cant afford a pizza. Pizza is super delicious
and tight. You pay for what you get. Expensive
taste will get you good pizza and not so
expensive will get you every other pizza shop.
Dont eat out if you can not afford it. Murrays
pizza is SO DELICIOUS, toppings are loaded,
thick crust and perfectly baked. bye

I think its pretty good for canadian standards but lets face it, when it comes to really really good pizza, anything in canada (and i am a pizza fanatic) doesn't come close .....

Total rip-off. I was told $21 over the phone for 1 large pizza in Summerland. It ended up being $28, delivered 4 blocks. That is a rediculous price for a mediocre pie. It was a meatlovers and the kicker is they wanted an extra $6.00 for mushrooms and onions. That would have been $34 for one large pizza delivered. JOKE!! Never, EVER, again.

I don't know what these other guys are talking about. Its great pizza! I've never had a problem with the service either. Isn't all pizza more expensive than you want it to be though? hah.

We visit the Okanagan every summer and always look forward to having Murray's Pizza and Pasta in Penticton and Westbank. We have family here that we visit and all of us have chosen Murray's Pizza as our ONLY Pizza and Pasta place. It bothers me to see negative comments when the food and service is exceptionally good. signed an Ogopogo Pizza Lover.
